The Women in Law Nordic Awards celebrates the outstanding achievements of women in the legal profession. Participating in these awards not only offers recognition from a reputable body but also enhances visibility for you and your organisation, boosts team morale, and attracts new clients and talent. Please note that while the Women in Law Nordic Awards are dedicated to recognising women, the Diversity, and Inclusion Champion Award category is open to all. Note that all information will be treated confidentially.
Clarification for the Administrative Fees
By participating in the Women in Law Nordic Awards, you are supporting an initiative that champions excellence, diversity, and recognition in the legal field, while also contributing to the ongoing dialogue about gender equality in the legal profession.
Entry Application Fee*: A non-refundable entry application fee of €50 is required to process your application for the Women in Law Nordic Awards. The administrative funds generated contribute to various essential components of the program and help us manage the logistics and resources required to handle the nominations efficiently.

The entry application fee is designed to support the overall integrity and success of the awards program, ensuring we can provide a fair and thorough evaluation process, celebrate the achievements of women in law, and create an impactful awards ceremony.
Nomination Fee*: Amount for Individuals is €195 (exclusive VAT). Amount for Organisations and Law Firms is €395 (exclusive VAT).

1 / Can I submit multiple entries?
Yes, you may submit entries for multiple categories; however, please specify this at the very beginning of each submission. Keep in mind that each entry must meet the submission criteria and guidelines.
2 / How are the judges selected?
Judges are selected based on their expertise and experience in the legal profession. They must disclose any conflicts of interest related to the entries they are assigned to review. If a conflict is identified, the judge will be withdrawn from that category's evaluation.
3 / What is the submission format for entries?
All nominations must be submitted online using our designated form. Each entry should consist of a minimum of 500 words and a maximum of 1,000 words.
4 / What criteria do the judges use to evaluate submissions?
Judges look for clear and concise entries that align with the award criteria. Submissions that illustrate how results align with objectives, supported by relevant facts and figures, are encouraged.
5 / What happens if there are insufficient entries in a category?
The judging panel reserves the right to withdraw a category if there are not enough entries that meet the minimum expectations. They will assess the quality of submissions to ensure each category is represented appropriately.
6 / How will I know if I’ve been shortlisted?
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted using the information provided during the nomination submission process. Ensure your contact details are accurate for timely communication.
7 / Is my submission confidential?
Yes, all submissions are treated as confidential. All judges evaluate entries independently and are required to sign non-disclosure agreements to participate in the panel. The judges' decisions are final in all instances.
